What to expect from a 30 Day Immersion:
Daily Yoga Practice! You can practice in studio (program includes one unlimited month of yoga) or at home.
Daily Meditation! We will provide you with the tools and skills you need to develop a whole-hearted mediation practice.
Weekly Reading and Journaling! We will be providing a book that we will read throughout the program along with a journaling component of self exploration.
Weekly Meetings! We will meet once a week to discuss the transformative process of the 30 days, to work through blocks, break downs, and support one another along the way
Community! Throughout the 30 Day Immersion you will be surrounded by loving, supportive people who are all going through the same thing to create the best, happiest, healthiest version of themselves. Not only will you come out of this program feeling great, but you will have developed a lasting group of like-minded friends and an even stronger support system.
